The class I attended was excellent. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and hands on. I felt incredibly welcomed, everyone was friendly and supportive, making it a great experience. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Me and my father had been talking about me coming here for a while before I decided to give it a shot. It's now been over a year since I've been training here, and I can confidently say it is absolutely fantastic. Coach Todd is not only one of the best in the sport, but also one of the kindest people I have ever met. Every day I go, it feels like I'm training not with classmates, but with a community, almost like a family. I do not regret for a second training there, and I have the greatest respect for Coach Todd. He is friendly, skilled, and genuinely wants to see people succeed

Todd is a great instructor/teacher. He uses his own experiences to help his students learn new techniques. If you're looking to get some good exercise, while also learning different, useful styles of martial arts, then this is the right place for you.
